Can you clean between a same-day check-out and check-in?

Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll plan the clean in that gap. Same-day changeovers depend on our availability that day, so the more notice you give us, the better.

Do you change the beds and lay out towels?

Yes. We strip the beds, make them up with fresh linen and set out clean towels, using the linen and towels you keep at the property.

Can you restock toiletries and supplies?

We top up the supplies you keep at the property, such as toilet roll, soap and washing-up liquid, and let you know when something is running low.

Do I need to be there to let you in?

No. A key safe or a smart lock code works well. Tell us how access works when you get in touch.

What happens if a guest has damaged something?

If we find anything broken, damaged or missing, we tell you straight away, so you can sort it out before the next guest arrives.

Do you clean after every guest, or just now and then?

Either. We can clean after every stay, or come in for a one-off deep clean between busy periods.
